Cancellation & Returns

At Ananya, we try our best to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and take great care in delivering our products while adhering to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on any product irrespective of circumstances. Also do keep in mind that returns and exchanges will be accepted ONLY if your order is damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them exactly how they were received (unworn or unused, with original packaging). In case of genuine quality issues or loss of package during transit, we do offer a store credit policy.

Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product. Then it is up to the discretion of our team to decide whether the product is approved for return.

Products can be returned within the first 10 days from the time of receipt of goods at the customer's end, only if goods are found in damaged or defective condition. No exchange is allowed in other cases. The customer needs to contact us within 3-5 days of receipt of goods at their end for exchange. Once we have received your email and our team has authorized the return, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
